Deal Safe Technology
DealSafe is an invite-only data room for people selling a business. Every page a buyer opens is rendered for that buyer alone and carries their name, the time and their address — so what leaves the room can be traced to who took it.
The buyer's view: a numbered index, documents released in stages, and a watermark across every page.
A document is never handed over as a file. Each page is composited on the way out with the reader's email, the time in UTC and their IP address. A screenshot that turns up somewhere it should not be names the person who took it.
Four tiers, from the public teaser to the most sensitive customer-level detail. A section above a buyer's tier is not greyed out — it is absent. The index itself never tells them what is being withheld, and raising a buyer's tier opens it without re-uploading anything.
Buyers ask in the room. Answers are drafted only from documents that buyer can already open, with citations, and every one waits for the seller to release or edit it. Nothing reaches a buyer that the seller has not read.
Every sign-in, every page, every question, every refusal. Not just who logged in: how long they spent in the financials, which document they came back to, and who went quiet. A process you can answer questions about afterwards.
This goes straight to us. No account is created and nothing is set up until we have spoken.
